Rekisterin pitämisen peruste

Henkilö tallennetaan rekisteriin, jos hän on rekisteröitynyt Liekki korun kanta-asiakkaaksi, tai ostanut tuotteita verkkosivuiltamme tai myymälästämme. Lisäksi rekisteri sisältää uutiskirjeen sivuiltamme tilanneet henkilöt.

Rekisterin käyttötarkoitus

Tällä tietosuojaselosteella informoimme asiakkaitamme heidän henkilötietojensa käsittelystä. Kerättävät tiedot voidaan jakaa käyttäjän antamiin, verkkopalveluiden käyttöön perustuviin sekä analytiikan avulla kerättäviin tietoihin.

Laskutusosoitteeksi voit antaa toisen osoitetiedon kassaosion laskutustiedot välilehdellä.

Rekisterin tietolähteet

Asiakkaan itse ilmoittamat tiedot, tekemät tilaukset verkkokaupassa ja ostot myymälässä. Nimi- ja yhteystietojen päivityksiä voidaan tarvittaessa hankkia myös päivityspalveluja tarjoavilta viranomaisilta ja yrityksiltä.
Henkilötietoja käsitellään henkilötietolain sallimissa ja edellyttämissä rajoissa.

Tietojen luovutus

Yritys käyttää asiakas- ja palvelusuhteen ylläpitämiseen yhteistyökumppaneita. Yritys voi luovuttaa asiakasrekisterin tietoja yrityksen kanssa yhteistyösopimuksen tehneille toimijoille asiakastilausten toimittamista varten tai asiakasdatan käsittelyä varten. Yrityksen yhteistyökumppanit eivät käytä tietoja muihin tarkoituksiin eivätkä luovuta tietoja kolmansille osapuolille. Yritys voi luovuttaa asiakastietoja viranomaisille voimassaolevan lainsäädännön sallimissa ja velvoittamissa rajoissa. Tietoja ei luovuteta EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle yrityksille, jotka eivät toimi EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaisesti.

Rekisterin suojaus

Asiakasrekisteriä säilytetään sähköisesti. Rekisteri on asianmukaisesti suojattu ulkopuolisilta palomuurein ja muilla teknisillä suojakeinoilla. Rekisteriä ei säilytetä paperitulosteena.
Ainoastaan nimetyillä henkilöillä on oikeus käyttää ja ylläpitää rekisterin tietoja. Kullakin käyttäjällä on henkilökohtainen käyttäjätunnus ja salasana. Käyttäjiä sitoo vaitiolovelvollisuus.

Evästeiden käyttö

Yritys kerää tietoa käyttäjien tavasta liikkua sivustolla Google Analyticsiä käyttäen. Sivustolla käytetään evästeitä (cookies). Evästeet ovat sivuston käyttöä kuvaavia tietoja, jotka tallentuvat käyttäjän tietokoneeseen. Evästeiden avulla kehitetään sivustoa ja varmistetaan sen sujuva käyttö.

Evästeiden avulla sivusto voi muistaa asiakkaan lukemia sisältöjä ja tarjota niihin liittyvää lisätietoa. Käytöstä kerätään yleisiä tilastollisia tietoja sivuston kehittämistä ja seurantaa varten.

Evästeiden avulla analytiikkaan tallentuu mm. käyttäjän IP-osoite, käynnin kellonaika, vieraillut sivut, käytetty selaintyyppi, verkko-osoite, josta käyttäjä on tullut verkkosivulle sekä palvelin, jolta käyttäjä on tullut sivustolle. Evästeen tietoa vieraillusta sivusta saatetaan käyttää mainonnan kohdentamiseen. Tiedon avulla kävijä voi nähdä mainossivustoilla ilmoituksia, jotka ovat sivustolla käyneelle ajankohtaisia ja tärkeitä. Kaikki mainokset eivät perustu evästeen käyttöön, vaan yrityksen mainoksia voi nähdä verkossa kaupallisten toimijoiden sivustoilla.

Käyttäjällä on mahdollisuus koska tahansa estää evästeiden käyttö muuttamalla selaimensa asetuksia. Useimmat selainohjelmat mahdollistavat eväste-toiminnon poiskytkemisen ja jo tallennettujen evästeiden poistamisen. Evästeiden käytön estäminen saattaa vaikuttaa sivuston toiminnallisuuteen.

Tarkastus-, korjaus, poisto- ja kielto-oikeus

Asiakkaallamme on oikeus tarkastaa, mitä häntä koskevia tietoja rekisteriimme on tallennettu. Asiakas voi pyytää itsestään tallennettuja tietoja tai pyytää asiakastietojensa poistamista sähköpostilla: liekkistudio@sarinmaailma.com.

Jos asiakkaan tiedoissa on virheitä, asiakas voi esittää meille pyynnön virheen korjaamiseksi. Asiakas voi myös pyytää tietonsa poistettavaksi niiltä osin, kuin ne eivät sisällä tietoa, joka viranomaisvalvonnan osalta on säilytysvelvollisuuden piirissä, kuten kirjanpito ja verotustiedot lahjoituksista tai palkinnoista.

Asiakkaalla on oikeus kieltää tietojensa käyttäminen suoramarkkinointia varten ilmoittamalla siitä yrityksen verkkokaupan asiakaspalveluun, p. +358458853380 tai sähköpostitse osoitteeseen studio@liekkikoru.fi.

Tietojen säilyttäminen

Säilytämme henkilökohtaisia tietojasi vain
tarvittavan ajan, jotta voimme täyttää tässä selosteessa kuvatut
käyttötarkoitukset. Lisäksi joitain tietoja voidaan säilyttää kauemmin niiltä
osin kuin se on tarpeen laissa asetettujen velvollisuuksien, kuten kirjanpitoa
ja kuluttajakauppaa koskevien vastuiden, toteuttamiseksi ja niiden
asianmukaisen toteuttamisen osoittamiseksi.

Kun teet tilauksen noutopisteeseen
myymälässä ilman asiakastiliä, tallennetaan antamasi tiedot yrityksenjärjestelmään, jotta voimme pitää sinut ajan
tasalla tilauksestasi. Yhteystietosi poistetaan 6kk sisällä siitä, kun tilaus
on käsitelty.

Asiakkaan pyynnöstä häntä koskeva
henkilötieto voidaan poistaa yrityksen järjestelmistä. Poistotoimenpide on peruuttamaton,
emmekä voi palauttaa poistettuja tietoja.

Osalle tietoa lainsäädäntö asettaa
velvoitteita tiedon pidempiaikaiselle tallentamiselle, mm. seuraaviin
tarkoituksiin:

• Kirjanpitolaki
  määrittelee tiedolle pidempiä säilytysaikoja riippumatta siitä sisältääkö
  aineisto henkilötietoja tai ei
• Järjestelmien
  lokitietoa kerätään ja säilytetään lain edellyttämällä tavalla, jotta voimme
  tarjota lainmukaisen ja turvallisen verkkokaupan asiakkaillemme
• Riittävien
  varmuuskopioiden ottaminen kaupan tietokannoista ja järjestelmistä tietojen
  turvaamiseksi, virhetilanteiden korjaamiseksi ja tietoturvan sekä jatkuvuuden
  varmentamiseksi

Basis for keeping the register

A person is saved in the register if he or she has registered as a regular customer of Liekkikoru, or has purchased products from our website or store. In addition, the register includes persons who have subscribed to our newsletter.

Purpose of the register

With this privacy policy, we inform our customers about the processing of their personal data. The collected data can be divided into data provided by the user, data based on the use of online services, and data collected through analytics.

We use the data:

Data sources in the register

Information provided by the customer himself, orders made in the online store and purchases in the store. If necessary, name and contact information updates can also be obtained from authorities and companies that provide update services.

Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.

Disclosure of data

The company uses partners to maintain customer and service relationships. The company may disclose customer register information to operators who have entered into a cooperation agreement with the company for the purpose of delivering customer orders or processing customer data. The company's partners do not use the information for other purposes and do not disclose the information to third parties. The company may disclose customer data to authorities within the limits permitted and required by applicable legislation. Data is not disclosed outside the EU or EEA to companies that do not operate in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation.

Register protection

The customer register is stored electronically. The register is appropriately protected from external parties by firewalls and other technical protection measures. The register is not stored as a paper printout.

Only designated persons have the right to use and maintain the register information. Each user has a personal username and password. Users are bound by a duty of confidentiality.

Use of cookies

The company collects information about how users navigate the site using Google Analytics. The site uses cookies. Cookies are information describing the use of the site, which is stored on the user's computer. Cookies are used to develop the site and ensure its smooth use.

Cookies allow the site to remember the content read by the customer and provide additional information related to it. General statistical information is collected about the use for the development and monitoring of the site.

Cookies are used to store in the analytics, among other things, the user's IP address, time of visit, pages visited, browser type used, the web address from which the user came to the website, and the server from which the user came to the site. Cookie information about the visited page may be used for targeting advertising. The information allows the visitor to see advertisements on advertising sites that are relevant and important to the visitor. Not all advertisements are based on the use of cookies, but company advertisements can be seen online on the websites of commercial operators.

The user has the opportunity to prevent the use of cookies at any time by changing the settings of his browser. Most browser programs allow the cookie function to be turned off and cookies that have already been stored to be deleted. Blocking the use of cookies may affect the functionality of the site.

Right to inspection, correction, deletion and prohibition

Our customer has the right to check what information about him has been stored in our register. The customer can request information about himself or request the deletion of his customer data by email: studio@liekkikoru.fi.

If there are errors in the customer's data, the customer can submit a request to us to correct the error. The customer can also request that their data be deleted to the extent that it does not contain information that is subject to the obligation to retain for regulatory purposes, such as accounting and tax information on donations or prizes.

The customer has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing by notifying the company's online store customer service, tel. +358458853380 or to studio@liekkikoru.fi.

Data retention

We only retain your personal data for the time necessary to enable us to fulfil the purposes described in this statement. In addition, in some cases, it is necessary by law to fully comply with obligations, such as accounting and consumer trade responsibilities, and to demonstrate the implementation of the schedule.

When you place an order at a pickup point here without a customer account, the information you provide will be stored in the company's system so that we can keep you up to date with your order. Your contact information will be deleted within 6 months of the order being processed.

The customer's personal data will be deleted from the company's systems. The deletion is irreversible, and we cannot restore deleted data. For some information, legislation requires longer-term storage of data, e.g. the following
