The glass I use is beautiful, but also durable. It is like life – delicate, yet powerful.

Liekkikoru's Deep as the Sea and Summer Memory series were born from the feeling of light refracting through glass like a sunbeam beneath the surface.

The color of the glass beads in the Deep as the Sea series (Syvä kuin meri) is the beginning of the story: blue and purple, which take thoughts to the depths of the sea and its peaceful power. Each bead is melted by hand, and each piece of jewelry is unique – like the surface of the water, which is never repeated the same. There is a depth in you that no storm can shake. 💙

The memory of summer (Kesän Muisto), on the other hand, is warm and gentle like a late summer evening, when the sea is calm and the air carries the scent of salt and sun. The series celebrates light and a moment that will remain in the memory for a long time – like an aftertaste on the skin.
